Marking line cleaning mobile road shot blasting machine uses a motor-driven shot blasting wheel to generate centrifugal force and wind during high-speed rotation. When a certain particle size of projectile flows into the shot tube (the flow of the projectile can be controlled), it is accelerated and brought into high-speed rotation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the projectiles are thrown into the directional sleeve from the window of the blasting wheel, and then thrown out through the window of the directional sleeve (to control the throwing direction of the pellets). Continue to accelerate the movement along the length of the blade until it is thrown, the thrown projectile forms a certain fan-shaped stream, which impacts the working plane to play a role of cleaning and strengthening. Then the projectiles, dust and impurities pass through the rebound chamber to the top of the storage hopper. The high-power dust collector separates the pellets and dust through the separation device above the storage hopper. The pellets enter the storage hopper to continue recycling, and the dust enters the dust collector through the connecting pipe. When the dust enters the dust collector, it passes through the separation of the filter element and stays in the ash storage hopper and the surface of the filter element. The automatic blowback dust collector can automatically clean each filter element at intervals through the blowback air provided by the compressor. Afterwards, the inside of the machine is cleaned by the airflow of the matched vacuum cleaner, the pellets and the cleaned impurities are recovered separately, and the pellets can be reused. The shot blasting machine is equipped with a dust collector, which can achieve dust-free and pollution-free construction, which improves efficiency and protects the environment.
The cleaning width of this machine is 270mm, and 550mm and 850mm models are available.
